Karen brings in a very personal insight because she has FM and suffers from migraine headaches. She is also one of our distiniguished board member and serves in our Public Policy Committee.
In the future Karen will post selected and anonimously questions, suggestions and answers from and to our members on our web site at the Lean on Me page. The Hosting Facilitator for the February 12 meeting is Teresa Reid. Please bring used/old cell phones, ink toners and ink cartridges to the meetings for collection.

May 2008 is P.A.N.D.O.R.A.'s Awareness Month for CFS-ME, FM, GWI, MCS, and related illnesses. During the month of May we will have several events throughout South Florida that you should join and support.
May 12, 2008 - International Awareness Day for CFS-ME, FM, GWI and MCS. Events to highlight this day to be announced soon (TBA).
May 13, 2008 - Regular group meeting at Temple Sholom, Pompano Beach.

May 23, 2008 - Our first Golf Tournament fund raising event will be held at the Country Club of Miami. Stay tuned for complete information and flyer. We need volunteers to help with this event.

Ongoing project by the CFS-ME/FMS Empowerment Group at Temple Sholom, Pompano Beach, Florida
P.A.N.D.O.R.A. is going "Green"! Did you ever wonder what to do with your old cell phones? How about your ink toners and ink cartridges? It is easy now! Simply donate them to P.A.N.D.O.R.A. and we through the assistance of Dade Recycling, Miami, Florida, will participate in a fundraiser recycling program that will benefit our environment by reducing some of the excessive and toxic waste found in our landfills.
With your donated items, you will help us to raise some "green" - some small chunk - to cover some of our operating expenses. It is indeed a very "green" and smart way to get rid of these items, benefit P.A.N.D.O.R.A., and our community as well as protecting our health and our planet.
