She includes the Lebed Method, a safe and gentle movement therapy that has proven great results with her clients. This method was originally designed for breast cancer patients, but they found out that it is also beneficial for fibromyalgia, CFS, sensitive skin care and relaxation. Toni has Fibromyalgia and she understands well the benefits of personalizing massage therapy for fibromyalgics and individuals diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.
