Luxury high jewelry brand Anita Ko is looking for a full-time office assistant. This entry-level office assistant position is a position with growth potential within the Anita Ko brand. The office assistant is responsible for supporting the fourteen people in this growing line. The ideal candidate will be interested in the jewelry and/or fashion industry, have positive energy and be motivated to work hard to progress to the next role. No previous professional experience is necessary, but the candidate must be extremely organized, reliable and have good communication and listening skills. She/he will need to work in a fast-paced environment where a motivated individual with a positive attitude will thrive. This new hire will report to the Director of Operations while supporting all departments of our business with refilling, restocking, shopping, receiving mail and setting up jewelry.

The position will be located in our Los Angeles office and we would like the candidate to start as soon as possible.

Roles and responsibilities
· Consistent opening hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
· Answer the phone, check voicemail and screen visitors
Clean, organize and categorize jewelry inventory
Tracking and restocking of all office supplies
· Receipt and distribution of mail
· Deposit
Local races
· Ensure that the office is organized and tidy

Qualifications required
Four-year university degree preferred
Desire to learn and work in the jewelry industry
Extremely organized and detail oriented
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite
