York Region Police have called on the public for help after a jewelry store was robbed in Markham, Ontario.

In a news release, York Regional Police said an incident occurred around 3.30pm on May 2. Officers received reports of a store robbery at a mall in the area of ​​Highway 7 and Rodick Road, police said.

Police say three men entered a store and smashed its windows. They then fled with an “amount” of jewelry.

No one was injured in the alleged burglary.

The police are looking for three suspicious men. All three were wearing black hooded jackets during the alleged incident.

One man was wearing white shoes and black pants, while the second suspect had a yellow face mask, sunglasses and a black backpack, police said.
